Brussels sprouts a la Jeremy

Cut cross-sections in ends of sprouts. Blanche for eight minutes in salted water. Allow to dry in single layer on paper towel. Saute in peanut oil with the juice of a lemon and a dash of nutmeg.

Unbelievably good.
